Growing the waitlist and turning it into active players.
Partnerships across the Arc ecosystem: teams, wallets, apps and creators.

You might be a fit if

You have grown a game or crypto community from zero.
You can run a partner call on your own and follow it through.
You write clearly and are comfortable in public: on X, on calls, on camera.
You know Arc, stablecoins or crypto-native gamers. A plus, not a must.

Balance and progression: heat and cold, heroes, creatures, gear and buildings.
The in-game economy: sources, sinks and pacing.
Season content, from the alpha through public beta.
Reading alpha data and tuning for retention.

You might be a fit if

You have designed or tuned the economy of a live free-to-play game.
You are at home in spreadsheets and simple simulations.
Survival, base-building or collection games are your thing.
You enjoy working directly with a fast build loop.
