Return any natural specimen to Mycelium for three to six random materials, scaled by Discovery Tier. Assemble one Matrix, one Pressure and one Catalyst, then burn that recipe on a compatible retained specimen to create a separate fictional child.

05 / RETURN TO MYCELIUM
Returning is a voluntary, irreversible collection choice—not a refund. The live specimen leaves the habitat and a deterministic server receipt reveals its random yield.

Expeditions contain one natural specimen and no bundled materials. Natural Discovery Tier changes only the number of random material units released: 3 / 4 / 5 / 6. Archive-only, Anomaly and Relic specimens cannot be returned. Genara does not promise repurchase, cash recovery, guaranteed liquidity or a minimum specimen price.

Genara starts with an automatically created account and keeps technical infrastructure beneath the habitat. The pitchable slice adds one sponsored ownership receipt targeting Robinhood Chain.

Every origin species is anchored to a public scientific record and shown with naturalistic documentary imagery. Every Anomaly is a separate, clearly labeled game simulation. Genara never presents a fictional descendant as a natural species.
Expeditions contain no materials. Returning a natural specimen to Mycelium releases three to six random beta materials into the demo inventory according to its Discovery Tier. Assemble one Matrix, one Pressure and one Catalyst, then burn that recipe on a compatible retained specimen to create a separate fictional Anomaly child.
The disclosed base bands are 70% Frequent, 25% Uncommon, 4% Rare and 1% Signature. After nine consecutive Frequent reveals, the tenth is at least Uncommon if the Rare or Signature roll does not land. Discovery Tier is Genara game scarcity—not conservation status.
Any reveal-eligible natural specimen can Return to Mycelium. The action permanently retires it from the living collection and releases three, four, five or six random materials according to Discovery Tier. It creates no cash, credit, buyback or price floor.
Your Genara Account is created automatically and the server remains canonical during beta. A later sponsored ownership receipt can make provenance and lineage independently verifiable without changing ordinary play.
They are the first self-serve alpha pool, not the final closed-beta catalogue. Eight macrofungi are reveal-eligible, Saccharomyces cerevisiae remains registry-only, and Morchella esculenta remains archive-only. The pitchable ecosystem still needs 12–20 fungi and external closed beta needs 24–36.
